We are all struggling with a period of real change and uncertainty.  As yet, there is no ‘new normal’ that clients, agencies and researchers can adapt to. So, of course it’s not business as usual for insight programmes. But this doesn’t mean that we can’t or shouldn’t do research.

We need to think differently, we need to be more agile. Brands can’t afford to be out of touch with their customers at this time of upheaval.
